What is fundamental Justice? I ask myself this everyday. With the mobs screaming victim mentality and history repeating itself over and over again because of people wanting to look up to rulers who have nothing but their own ambitious ideas to bring forth rather they are good or bad .It is not a easy topic. Regardless of whatever sacrifice or consequences may have been made history shows us a complete picture of both the good and bad when it comes to our perception of fundamental justice.. "Justice is ever changing in the hearts of mankind throughout the endless sphere of time". History shows us that we as humans strive for power and wealth as it is easily corrupt by our social norms rather it be based off religious Indoctrination, common beliefs or dictatorships. Some say that our morality comes from our history or what a common society should be and thus they made laws for what they believed to be the common good. The first judges mentioned in religious text which is preached by their respected leaders will say it is based of historical documents that have been rewritten many times over by the churches or political figures over the centuries. Others will say it is based of teachings from tribal leaders and perhaps to some extent this may be true. There is evidence that says that tribal leaders have passed down rules to live by in their societies for reasons unknown to us all. Perhaps for control? For order? Perhaps for spiritual reasons? or all the above. I believe to this day in the philosophy of "let mankind's history be the true testimony of our future." This means that I believe we have the ability to evolve past our anger, outrage and biases to make everyone's life better without the use of force against each other. Perhaps I am preaching to you for what I believe is true but I think it's important to pronounce my words into some form that can not be lost to me.
So what do I believe justice is? Currently(Yes this can change as I am opened minded) I believe that true justice is resolving the inner conflicts of each individual by means of seeking facts and evidence. This means not forcing principles on anyone. Not jailing people for the sake of public outcry. Not punishing people for things they do to themselves. True justice to me is if someone commits murder they forfeit their lives. If someone steels from others they must be met with equal measure and those defending themselves or their property are perfectly within the right to do so without consequence.. Someone damages your property they suffer by equivalent means. There has always been a balance in the world. This was off set by the cry for empathy. When we all saw that there were reasons for why people do things they do and thought "Where is our empathy for their circumstances?". This lead to less and less consequences for criminals and as a result things became worse and worse. To this day it is evident in our everyday lives. We can not change how we feel but we can change how we think. We were all given a gift of free will to make life choices . When you throw a stone into the water dose the stone not sink into its depth and send ripples across its surface?. I mean this as a metaphor for life as well!. If you accept drugs from a dealer and stick a needle in your arm with said drugs . The ending result is you lose control of yourself resulting in someone getting hurt is this not your choice to begin with ?. Should you not suffer the consequences of your actions by equal measure of what you have done to others?. Many texts preach a life for a life for this reason. It is not amoral. What if instead of jailing murders they are brought before the victims families and let them decide on what needs to be done if the suspect if proven guilty. Let the families choose rather to take the persons life or not .It is Justice!. Almost every religious text says that there is a difference between murder and self defense. Yet people scream out loud to be empathetic with murders, rapists and amoral actors. You may say that the grieving families will forever resent the person seeking justice however this is not always the case. Most people will always seek the truth behind their families death so that they may seek peace within their souls via reconciling their inner demmons . It is how we are wired as human beings emotionally. Law enforcement and government hide the truth from them with the false belief it will make things worse. Hatred, anger and resentment are powerful things however so is truth and the ability to move passed those emotions and find a way forward. It is not power that will bring us happiness but yet the consistent search for knowledge. No one has power over your life but you. No government can tell you what to think or feal or say. They will make rules they want to force you to live by thinking they have all the power but they do not. They are mare instruments of your will.
My kind of justice is not only about individual rights and freedoms but also personal accountability. Just because someone says something you do not like or feel it is seen as preaching hate it but dose not mean I or anyone has a right to silence them. It dose give me the right to challenge their ideas based on what I know to be true. When you make hate speech laws you are only fooling yourselves in to believing you can control a persons thoughts or speech by means of force. History shows us this over and over again that dictators have tried this and failed every time as they only drive racism and fear into their societies. Then moral people stand up in arms against such tyranny shouting and fighting against the amoral actors. This of course divides people in their opinions and causes chaos. It destroys the natural order of society and culture due to the ongoing victim mentality whom knows nothing of the consequences of preaching their emotions without facts. If a preacher was at your door step would you cut out his or her tongue for speaking? No! If you did not like what they said you would tell them to fuck off and slam the door on their face and then move on with your day( if your nice like me just tell them your not interested and ask them to leave) . If a company was selling you human baby skin would you buy it? No you would denounce them publicly(I hope) and tell others about it thus that company would go out of business and I would hope most moral people would protest in the masses against such things. Do you not think that people would open up their wallets to the families of the children aka charity?. You see there is a cycle here!. Note that all the above had nothing to do with government intervention . It has everything to do on how we treat each other and how we need to stop looking for free hand outs from governments that force people to pay for it by means of theft.Which insensitive bad behavior! It starts with each and everyone one of you!. My kind of justice is where we stop this empathetic victim mentality and realize that we as human beings have unalienable rights. We have the right to think, speak and move freely as this planet is our home not just one nation onto itself well respecting each others borders. We have the right to protect ourselves and our property. The right to enjoy the fruits of our labor and not to be deprived of it by anyone without consent. Not to be ruled by anyone you as a individual did not elect. The right to choose your own path in life and to live with the consequences of your choices. These to this day are the rights that should be in the Canadian Charter of rights and every nations human rights. I truly believe that this was the nature of what our justice system was supposed to be . It was man whom made our laws amoral for their own selfish reasons.
Our charter of rights here in Canada is a joke onto itself that is being consistently targeted by these Marxists /socialist that they have the right to force others to empathize what they think their own perspectives on how people should act via discrimination laws which is another attempt to create laws to control human behavior. It is a fallacy that will never work. It's just something that makes you all feel good because you think you can control human behavior which you can not. It makes you a tyrant whom wishes to oppress people's thoughts and beliefs which is amoral.
We as humans have always been social creatures. We have always strive to do what we think is best and act for the greater good. I don't believe that to this day the rights of the collective should out weigh the individuals unless it is to prevent mass murder or war. These social justice warriors that I see online are vary much miss guided by what it is supposed to mean. Making amoral actors socially accountable by means of speaking out against them publicly so that people know what they did and so they may lose their jobs and be shunned in their community was always the intent behind it. Not what is happening today with these nazian like protesters who are manipulated and sometimes paid for by politicians for their own political reasons. They are now used as a mob to destroy innocent people's lives. This is where true justice and accountability is lost. It is where they lose credibility . No fact based evidence or truth seeking but yet finger pointing at people playing the blame game. Shouting "I am victim. Hear me roar". While corruption of power takes place and the collective group takes precedent over the individual without consequences. Anyway I hope on many levels that for those who read this see and realize how much we have went off the path of truth and justice and hopefully with time we can change this.
Lastly this is also why the libertarian philosophy fits with who I am as a person. It is why when I see antifa members act like terrorists while using the anarchists symbols it pissed me off as anarchists follow the non aggression principles of libertarianism like I do as I am more of a classical liberal but you could say almost Anarcho capitalist. Honestly I am always debating myself on the two. Those who use others beliefs for their own gain should be denounced publicly not only by their members but by their leadership.
That's all for me. Feal free to leave a comment below.
